The Board of Directors of Edmonton Community Foundation is supported by an Investment Committee whose volunteer members bring their expertise to assist the Board in key decision-making. Committee members are appointed by a recommendation of the Board’s Governance Committee and are responsible for:

• reviewing the investment policies and recommending to the Board any appropriate changes for the Board’s approval,
• monitoring the policies,
• reviewing the performance of the fund custodians and investment managers, and
• reporting the results to the Board in a timely and effective manner.
